Supporting Economic Empowerment and Entrepreneurial Growth in Rural Areas

ILaED.ORG and GSWIM (Grooming Successful women with Intellectual Mind) are pleased to announce their new project, “Supporting Economic empowerment and entrepreneurial growth in rural areas ”.

This project’s aim is to support women in rural areas to attain economic empowerment and entrepreneurial growth, by providing business knowledge and financial support.

Why: To teach and support women in rural areas.

How: Through training, workshops and small loans

Goals

Support women in rural areas to attain economic empowerment and entrepreneurial growth

Capacity building through skills training to women and girls in rural areas to start up small scale businesses
Support these with small loans

Aims

Encourage women and girls in rural areas to live a sustainable life and improve their households
GSWIM and ILaED.ORG will purpose to reach out to vulnerable women in remote areas who are struggling to earn a living and sensitize them on the different business goals and skills
This will result in different skills training to small scale business establishments which are economically supported

In addition GSWIM and ILaED.org.org will work with women in rural areas who are already established but struggling with financial muscle to revive their businesses which have been affected by Covid 19 pandemic to live in a sustainable way with their families. By so doing, the project will solve the problem of gender inequality in rural areas and poverty eradication through providing a sustainable life to women and girls for a better living.
